Exchange Merchandise
Exchange price adjusted when order is processed.
When you are ready for checkout - you should have TWO items in your cart for each item you want to exchange - the exchange info item on this page and the NEW item that you want.
 
Instructions: Please read before completing transaction.

1) Please enter your original order number and the item number of the item you wish to return. You can also enter any message or notes that you may have about your exchange.

2) Press the "Add To Cart" button. If you are exchanging more than one item, please repeat this process for each item.

3) You can then go to the page that has the new item that you want for exchange & place it in your shopping cart & proceed through checkout. 

4) You will receive a credit on your order for the amount that you paid for the returned item(s) when your order is processed ~ your credit will not show up until after you checkout & we process your order. We have to apply your credit manually to your invoice. You will only be paying for the difference in price - if any - and return shipping. Your new leotard will ship when your return is received back.

  • Please read our return policy & email us should you have any questions.
  • We will accept your return for an exchange only within 30 days of the ship date. Exchange needs to be on one transaction - your return and new item on the same invoice so we can properly apply your credit.
  • Please use the "Exchange" link on the index page of the website (towards the bottom of the page)and enter all your return items and replacement items. This will generate an invoice to track your exchange.
  • The garment can not been worn/used and the ALL of the leotards tags must be attached and must be in brand new condition - with hair scrunchie if it was included.
  • We cannot accept returns on items without the tags attached.
  • Sorry, but we are not able to offer price adjustments or markdowns.
  • Special order items/team orders are not returnable or exchangeable. Undergarments are not returnable.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable. You are responsible for returning the item at your expense and the cost of returning the replacement item back to you.
  • We do not charge any restocking fees or charges for your exchange.
